• A list of existing material handling equipment
• Frequency of placing and retrieving pallets
• Local building code especially fire code for pallet location requirements or clearance requirements between the top of racking and the ceiling.

Q7: Can you send the installation team overseas?

A: Yes. But the best and cost-effective way is that you follow the instruction and assemble them by yourselves. Surely we could arrange an engineer to do training overseas.

 

Q8: I want to order the shelf and rack according to my size and load capacity, is it possible?

A: Yes, actually, not two warehouses are the same. All warehouse projects should be tailored

 

Q9: What's your MOQ?

A: For customization business, we don't set MOQ. But good quantity always comes with a good price.
