Product Description

 HEGERLS Radio shuttle runner could be combined with the use of manual forklift, the storage and transportation of goods separately,wireless remote control of the radio shuttle to complete the function of storage of goods, use manual forklift to complete the transportation of goods. Forklift truck does not enter the cargo storage area, only in the storage area at the end of operation, the shuttle on the goods into the designated location. Cargo storage instructions are from the forklift operator through the wireless remote control, the operator can also terminate the wireless remote control of the radio shuttle. The first location on the rack is for forklift  to release the pallets, which could be first in first out or last in first out.

Special mechanical treatment
1.The radio shuttle parts are processed by CNC lathe to ensure the machining accuracy, and the important parts are with heat treatment.
2.All parts surface are with Nickel plating.
3.The sheet metal parts are made of laser cutting, CNC bending machine bending.
4.Are welding are with Carbon dioxide arc welding and argon arc welding
5.The frame parts surface is with spray processing. The color can be customized.The aluminum alloy panel is treated by sand blasting sun
6.Each radio shuttle after assemble will be tested on our own rail. It could be shipped only after successfully test.


7.All the radio shuttle are with wooden package pallet of fumigation free.

1. First in first out: forklift load the pallet from one side, and the forklift could unload the pallet from the other side. it is good for the food industry, drink etc.

2. First in last out. 
It is high destiny storage method. forlift load the pallet from one side, and unloading from the pallet from the side time, it could make good use of space, increase 75% usage, no need to keep more space of forklift working aisle.


3. Inventory.
The shuttle runner could move and calculate the quantity of pallet on the aisle and feedback the date to the controller.

4. Pallet tranfer.
HEGERLS pallet runner could tranfer the pallet from one side to other automatically.
