Industrial Shuttle Pallet Rack is an entirely new idea and storage revolution. It has the advantages of both a drive-in rack and a live rack. FIFO, LIFO can be easily reached.

 

Comparing with drive-in rack, it can also come true FIFO besides LIFO. While drive-in rack can only perform LIFO. When drive-in rack is in use, the operator must drive the forklift into the racking lane. This obviously increase workloads thus reduce working efficiency. While when radio shuttle rack is in use, the operator only drive forklift at the gate of racking lane. The electric trolley will do the remaining access work for the operator. Thus this enhance pallets turnover efficiency.

 

Comparing wth live rack, though live rack is the highest density storage style, it is too expensive to invest. Generally, one pallet postion for live rack is around $160. But it is only about $60 per pallet position for radio shuttle rack. At the same time, radio shuttle rack can also fulfill the same storage density with live rack. And live rack only can reach FIFO. So in the future, radio shuttle rack is really a good new racking to replace live rack.
